Nine warriors trapped in an arena, forced to fight till the death with hoards of zombies three times a day. Never knowing freedom or what it's like to care about someone. That is, until, they're saved by a group of four monsters, a human, a dog and a budgie. And so, they embark on their journey to a happy life. But nothing good comes without hardship, it's a treacherous week ahead of them.

Error is an aggressively haphephobic glitch with no concept of social rationality or patterns, but a strong desire to connect and be cared about. After his strong desire to rid the multiverse of used up garbage of course. Ink is the protector of said garbage, so dealing with that is always fun! He has a stronger hold on social behavior, but more from a cause and effect point of view. His soulessness causes a detachment from his companions, and his choices often lead to a chaotic neutral kind of selfishness. He's a curious boy so of course he found his way to the most interesting out code in the multiverse. Besides himself. Interacting with the glitch never proved wasteful as the glitch always gave a reaction and the artist was always entertained by it. Cause and effect experience and the bit of patience Ink did have earned him a friend with very minimal benefits kind of deal. He'd never had a relationship like this before, so let's just say he's eager to advance further. Of course he can't FEEL it deep down, but as long as he was content and Error was too content, there should be no problem....right? Geno is a simple monster who lives a simple quite life though he wants something much more then this dull life thought will never admit it even if he did there was no where he could go, but one day one of the most feared pirates of the ocean lands across his island kidnaping a select few to trade to buyers for workers, Geno is unfortunately one of them. Geno gets put in with Reapers group to train his abilities so he won't die against the person who hates him the most, however Geno slowly starts to fall for him unknowingly all the while trying to juggle fighting for this new found cause while trying to figure out the puzzle that is reaper, Reaper is broken and twisted afraid to love thinking it will not only destroy him but others around him he was thought to be the weakest but proved he is the strongest but is his mind as strong as his abilities? Geno who has bin mute since birth,has always feared much like his parents that his soulmate will never find him due to his condition.it doesn't help that the words tattooed on his arm are the most common uttered to him "i'm sorry" years he's tried to find them each person he's tried to confront can never understand him..he's given up all hope in the search but what happens when he goes to the coffee shop next door and stumbles in to the one person who doesn't have a tattoo.
