When Sadie was 18, her parents were killed in a car accident, leaving her all alone on her ranch with her quarter horses. Most of them she sold off, but she kept a few favorites to show and breed. University doesn't have a place in her mind;horses are the only thing that matter to her now. Then, on a visit to a family friend's farm, she sees an ordinary bay gelding, who she becomes interested and buys. This horse is special though. It has a secret talent, and its up to Sadie to find it.

In this sequel to Finding Talent, things take a twist when Sadie Lawrence is asked to train a herd of twelve shires, that are to be used in the winter fair pulling hay rides and horse drawn carriages. She's reluctant at first, but when she reaches a financial crisis, she's forced to accept...after all she is getting paid a butt load. Her friendship with Ryan continues, but she's sure that she doesn't want it to go beyond that. The only problem is that Ryan may want to go a little but farther than friends. Not only does all this happen around her, but her best friend somehow manages to get Sadie, herself and Ryan lost while taking them on a overnight ride. Will Sadie find the courage to hold everything together? (It is advised to read Finding Talent first, so things will make more sense)

It was that one jump. That one simple jump that changed my life forever. I would have won the championships. I would have been the best junior eventing rider. But I goofed up. I guess everyone goofs up once in a while. But this shouldn't have happened. It was my fault Or was it? My mind should be back to focused on horses.
