War would have torn apart families, bonds, relationships, peace and happiness, but the essence of our survival- 'Faith' remains ingrained in the core of the true believers. The faith that the Supreme One would protect.. The faith that the Almighty is just... The faith that the He embodies the love of seventy mothers.. The next most powerful instinct; in my opinion is 'Love'. And even this cannot be marred by war. True love can never be destroyed. With love comes hope..and understanding. Inaayah, a 19 year old Syrian, was any other teenager, a college-goer, who had aspirations to become a writer. Her life was as normal and peaceful as can be, though a great misfortune had befallen her family when her dear father passed away when she was but a toddler. She was fortunate the Almighty had blessed her with a hardworking mother who worked hard as a pharmacist to make ends meet. She had an understanding and responsible older brother, who was the backbone of this little family. Little did they know that they would be tried with an enormous trial which would change their lives forever.
