Most meet their soulmates face to face, never having to have said another word to them before hand, and the first words appear on their wrists and they slowly start to feel romantic attraction to them once they start speaking more-if they feel any at all. Virgil Sangria never truly believed in soulmates-only a bit-or even liked them.
