Purple ones especially. He was diagnosed with Lukemia when he was three, almost four, aka six months earlier, but he's still not quite sure what that means. But he knows the nice grandma, Ms. Urie, has the same thing he has. He also knows she has a grandson his age who comes to visit sometimes. Ever since preschool, Pete and Mikey were worst enemies. It started off as kicking down block towers and scribbling over drawings to full on rivalry - throwing punches and yelling insults. Gerard was eager to change this, and made friends with Pete's friendship group. As the two groups hung out every lunch, Pete and Mikey reckoned they were living in hell. But as a school project involved the two getting more time together, their opinions may change. Brendon was never the most thoughtful person. He was not particularly liked amongst the student body, he was known for ruining relationships and spreading nasty secrets. But he never really felt empathetic to these hurt people, not until he had managed to ruin his own relationship. As Brendon realised his life isn't quite complete without Ryan, he knew he needed to get him back. And try to be less self-centred.

| Sequel to "Better Off As Lovers" | Mikey Way didn't really know how he got Pete Wentz to write songs about him or convince him to watch fireworks, but it happened. The one thing Mikey knows for sure is that he's not good at spending a day without phone calls or writing short letters. Pete Wentz was never able to put his finger on what it was about lanky Mikey Way that made him like the boy so much. All Pete Wentz knows is long car rides and forgetting to respond to texts. They somehow make it work.
