Rated 18+ for lesbian sex scenes and crude language. Paris Carter has been bullied for her size and out of place because she was taller than most boys. However, she was untouchable considering the fact that she was Bleu Ivy's best friend. That's the only reason people even knew her name. Stunning, popular, and rich, Bleu Ivy (NOT Beyoncé and Jay's daughter) had it all. She protected her best friend, had a supportive group of friends, excelled in school, and had her future all planned out. Everything was fine. Wrong. Paris disappeared without a trace for one exact year. And she came back...Different. A lot of changes can happen in a year. From besties to ex-best friends, from an ordinary girl to a princess of her own country, from platonic love to lust: Bleu's senior year isn't as ordinary as she expected. "You're a WHAT?!" "A princess."

My grandmother, Arthurina, was a powerful wizard, with an amulet that held great power. Unfortunately she had died from an illness that took over her after a gruesome battle. Her death caused the spell that she casted upon me, to seal my curse, to lift. After her death, people who I knew started to disappear. My mother took matters into her own hands, and gave me the amulet my grandmother had, she said it would seal the curse, but only for awhile. From there, she sent me to Florcaster, a highschool for students with great power. She told me that six people awaited for me there. My mother informed me that she and my father, and their parents all knew each other, and their parents swore that their children (the six) would protect me, she did not tell me why. I traveled to Florcaster, and met the six. We were bound together by fate, and we could not do anything about that. As time went along secrets started to unfold, and the time for battle rised. The monster who took my grandmother away reappeared with a horrifying truth. Who can I truly trust after such a finding? ***** Cover made by yours truly((;

It was a time of change. An era of revolutions and overthrows; of secessions and unifications. A time of recessions and elections and bloody beautiful football. Electronic music and boy bands, zombies and the coming of winter. The time of dystopian worlds and SickLit novels that aimed to be 'Okay? Okay.' The age of reboots and remakes and high functioning sociopaths. There was a Doctor with a bow tie and a Doctor without a bow tie and two incredibly awesome brothers with a pet Angel. The age of rights and discrimination. Of terror and happiness; oppression and liberty. An age of fear and an age of hope. And it was in this time that I started 11th grade.
