Sherlock is out of nicotine patches and his mood is, well you can probably imagine. John refuses to buy him patches because he was just out shopping. Instead he insists that Sherlock eats something and one thing leads to another and ends in a game, which both are far too willing to play.

Sequel to Immortals. This takes place after the end of the events of immortals and follows the repercussions of what took place.
