After Lord Ras messes with the monastery portals, Jay, Kai, and Nya get stranded in the Land of Monsters-a place where literally everything wants them dead. Fighting their way through is hard enough, but each of them also has to face the "monsters" they've been trying to avoid. Nya is stuck dealing with the heartbreak of Jay's amnesia and the weight of memories he doesn't share. Kai has to relive the moments that still haunt his dreams. Jay struggles with trust, and with figuring out who he really wants to be. Between deadly battles and painful truths, the question is: can they survive this world...and themselves? After having only recently recovered from their first battle with Thunderfang, the ninja team have to battle a supposedly new threat -- all with a beloved team member who still lacks his memories. The lightning ninja knows nothing of his supposed former teammates, but still agrees to help them nonetheless. Nya knows nothing of this new Jay, but loves him all the same as she works with him through this next quest. What starts out as a small mission, one the team plans on wiping their hands with in hours, ends up resulting in a lot more than they bargained for. Just a collection of Jaya stories created by yours truly. This is my very first time, so no judging please. I'll shamelessly pour my heart out through these characters. I do write in canon, most of the time. This will be a mixture of fluff and angst because everybody needs a little of both. Since I have started writing this in the Ninjago drought of 2021, this will keep me occupied with things Ninjago-related.
