One fateful day deathstroke attacked causing the fated duo to have to separate. Marinette was sent to live with ex-assasins in France while Damian was sent to Gotham with his father. Unknowing when they'd meet again they gave eachother something to remember them by. Years later Marinette is stuck in a class full of dumb sheep. During her stay in paris she had made friends, or so she thought till an attention seeking munipulator named Lie-la- I mean Lila. This is basically another Daminette I wrote for fun. Enjoy or don't 🤷 your choice. Marinette, after suffering for so long, finally sees a light at the end of the tunnel. She won a class trip to Gotham and now she finally has a chance to be a normal teen. But who is the emerald-eyed boy who just won't leave her mind? Gotham holds many secrets for the hero of Paris. Will she uncover them all with a side of revenge?

Marinette is the Star of the Order of the Miraculous, the still-in-training head, as well as the True Ladybug leading the Court of Miracles. After years at Hawkmoth's mercy, Marinette has decided that enough is enough and is reaching out to Batman, the detective of detectives to help her track down the villian's true identity. What better way to do this than a field trip to Gotham? Damian, the bloodson and heir to both the Cowl and the Demon's Head, wants nothing to do with the French Class who has won the Wayne Enterprises Summer Internship, yet his father insists he needs better interpersonal skills. He supposes it won't kill him to try to work with this supposedly skilled class president if it means that everyone will get off his back for being 'aggressively asocial' (although he will still keep NDAs on standby). A seal of fate, a blood right, and a hidden prophecy lead Marinette and Damian on a rollercoaster of emotions, humourous misunderstandings, and comeuppance -- and marriage?! ___ Basically my attempt at a soulmate AU, full of just about every Damianette cliche and trope I can think of. Marinette struggles to stay happy nowadays, but what better way to change your mood than with a change of location? Adrien gave up his miraculous so he could start fresh. After all, his dad was in prison for being the super villain Hawkmoth and his other caretaker Nathalie died from over use of a broken Miraculous. So, now Marinette is the guardian of the miraculous. Will her bullies lies get exposed? Will she find love in the most dangerous city in the world? Will she find out the identities of Gotham's heroes? Yes, probably, but its all about the ride and not the destination. This is mostly a salt and fluff fic.
