Haunting her nightmares are memories of the evil organization that trained her to be a murdering assassin. One of her worst fears comes to life when she is captured by a government organization and forced into a team with seven other enhanced individuals. Along with a strongman, two orphans, one healer, a charming criminal, a slight lunatic and a crime lord, she must take out a rising evil that is killing innocent people for an unknown purpose. This group of criminals have to come together if they have any hope of surviving to unravel the mystery that is not as it seems. But they all must beware: a few of the team members are far more dangerous than they let on. Together, they will endure lies, betrayal and treachery. Ultimately, Delphinium and her crew will have to ask: "Can the past really stay in the past?" Eventually, the truth will emerge... I'm so glad I chose to read this book because it satisfies me in so many ways. The author writes such a unique story with such unique aspects and I really hope that people take the leap of faith to read it." "Bizarre, action-filled, funny, heart-thumping and so much more!" "I can't help but put in some time to comment and say what an astounding book you have written, I love it so much that I'm begging lots of people to read it and give it a shot. I know it's not something they'll regret, I for sure didn't. This book will go far!" "This is the best book I've read. Beautiful."

(Completed!) When Asgard sends its princess to Middle-Earth, Odin doesn't believe that she will remember anything. But when the Elven king Thranduil is allowed to give her a relic of old times, the princess will begin to learn a little more about herself than was originally intended. So basically, I'm mixing the Thor movies and the elves of Middle Earth into one. So leave comments and feedback, and I hope you like it. :) (Book #2 coming soon: Tale as Old as Love Will be posted sometime in October 2017)

"As soon as you believe you are a monster is when you become one." After many years of war, the kingdom of Edria is finally in an era of peace--peace obtained by one thing and one thing only. A deal. King Regol has made a deal with the devil, or rather, a beast. A monster. Or so he claims. When he uses the deal for his own advantage, he threatens a girl named Zara, who has had everything but her family taken away. Zara is ordered to kill the beast Regol made a deal with, unbenownst to her that the deal even exists. When her attempt fails, she is left with two choices: to never go back home, or to learn from the beast so she can take back what is hers. She faces dangers on the castle grounds she thought were only stories; magic, creatures that kill a person in a single puff of air, and lastly, the beast, who can barely control the darkness that has buried itself in him for years. The longer she is on the castle grounds, however, the more she realizes everything is more than it seems... ...and that she has a power she could only dream about. **** A retelling of Beauty and the Beast Wonderful cover by @nicegirlsreadbooks Highest rank: #1 in Fantasy #4 in Adventure

Aerlinniel is an elleth (girl elf) who was cursed before she was born. She is now blind and there is only one way to break the spell. But she still has to find out what it is. Will she ever find love or will she be lonely the rest of her life? Will she ever be able to see? I do not own any of the Lord of the Rings or The Hobbit characters. I only own Aerlinniel and any other character I make up. "I like this! It's very different and interesting :)" -Ohsnapitsemily "Love this book totally epic. :)" -daughter_of_Sauron "Awesome. Being a slave to humans is horrible. Being a slave to Urak-hi is even worse. To be beaten, to be whipped, to be within an inch of death, and then be expected to wake up the next morning and work. It is torture, in its most vile form. That is this elf's life. Not remembering who she was or where she came from, her only knowledge is of the forges and the whips. Her life is solitary, and she has never seen another elf, until one day when a certain elf-prince is captured and jailed next to her. She can't help but be curious about him, and wonder after his innocence. She may not know him well, but she knows one thing: she couldn't let him be broken, not like her. No one should be like her. [Lord of the Rings fan-fiction. Not a love story. I own nothing, only my elf character. The rest belongs to J.R.R. Tolkien.]
