In March, Lysandre, the leader of Team Flare, rose up and unearthed the Ultimate Weapon, only to be defeated by the Defender of Kalos. Then, the organization dissolved. ...Nearly. However, now some Team Flare grunts and admin still remain, and those that are left are convinced that somehow they will still achieve their goal. And they’ve been united again to do so. But not with the help of Lysandre. As Team Flare’s actions come to light, Ren and Kota go against orders and get involved, figuring out that the newly arisen organization is nothing like Lysandre’s and that its goal is vilely mutilated and infinitely more genius.
