It is 1932 when Arthur allows himself to be drawn out of the shadows once more, word of an assassination in Austria causing tensions among the Nations to rise once more. Arthur stands to speak of his reasons for leaving, and vainly attempts to cast away any ideas of war. He fails. Now Arthur is thrown into a new century, with new weapons, and far many more ways to die. He must struggle to keep the human citizens closest to him safe, while also delivering aid to the other Nations who pleaded for his help at the beginning of the war. This will not be easy.
