However, I know that one day someone will eventually break those walls down I have built up around myself and see me for who I really am. My name is Aria Slade-Cage, and this is my story of how I discover a secret war and learn to trust...and eventually even love. Disclaimer: I do not own TFP or any other recognizable sources. He strays from cramped crowds, dark hallways, and small spaces and is extra wary when dealing with his childhood friend. Despite himself, though, he strives to become a hero like All Might, even without a quirk and a voice. Started: December 2018 (Currently on hiatus) Completed: ? Water, earth, fire, air. The avatar Aang defeated the fire lord. Everyone knows Aang's story, but something or rather someone was left out of: Satomi, the avatar's guardian. The guardian's life is tied to the avatar's life directly, and the guardian can't be a much of guardian if he or she can't fight. So the guardian can bend all four elements and use the avatar state like an avatar. The only downside, of course, is if the avatar is mortally wounded the guardian's life force is drawn on to save the avatar. Satomi wants to severe this tie because unlike the avatar the guardian can not be healed with water bending. The guardian, however, can not replace the avatar. Satomi shouldn't have been born, and she has been shunned her whole life for it. Follow Satomi's journey alongside Aang and team avatar. Her is past is tied to Aang's, but what will the future hold. Satomi's past is dark, and so is her future unless things change and soon. She battles along side Aang and team avatar, but there is a battle of her own she must fight. A battle that was never told. A fight she has to win or risk losing her avatar and the person she has vowed to protect even though she wants nothing more than to get out of the guardian business. The young teenager struck a cord in her, and she has deemed herself responsible for him ever since. You'll have to read to discover who this mysterious person is, and to see whether or not Satomi can scrape out with her life not to mention the lives of her friends. And what will happen when her past returns to haunt her? Do the other discover her secrets? The biggest question of all though is what happens to her when she severs the tie? Read to find out.

Two months since I found out he loved me and wanted to be with me. I've been trying to move on and forget about him, but my heart refuses to listen. Hayden had almost died saving me. Half of me wants to forgive him for everything and give him another chance. The other half prevents me from doing so, distrusting him and ignoring my heart's desires. Hayden is dark and complicated, and as the days pass, he gets further away from me, ignoring me whenever our paths cross. I have less than a year before I go to college, and I won't see him ever again. I have to believe I will get over him and move on with my life. I have to believe in my future without him. Unless he didn't really move on, and our masks are about to fall.

Best rank: #1 in Action! Included in Action's Featured List! Amelia Reyes has been raised within an orphanage her entire life, but she just recently broke free of their grasp. The men who raised her taught her the skills of a street fighter. They taught her to take pain. They taught her how to survive. They taught her to give no mercy. They showed her pain. They gave her the 564 that is engraved on her wrist. But that 564 is a reminder. A reminder of love, of mercy, of hope. They took her innocence and her freedom, but they did not take the fire in her heart. ______________________________________________________________________ Thanks to @captainmarvel165 for designing this beautiful cover, and thanks to @LeagueofGraphics who featured it in their book and for everything they helped with for this wonderful piece of art! © 2015-2016 Katherine Hinchley (Wattpad user -MidnightStories-) All Right Reserved. The life before 564 became Amelia Reyes is a gruesome one; a story that she could not and would not tell to many people. She had been labeled at a young age by three small numbers tattooed on her wrist. She had been taught to fight for her life and show no mercy. She had been used as an example to others and her bravery gained only hatred from her owners. But it only caused an admiration to be built in the hearts of her friends in the orphanage. The falls she took for all of them only raised her into a hero. She was a legend, a savior, and was respected greatly among the children who resided there. Until the day she was forced to abandon them- the day her heart broke and the day she no longer considered herself a hero. 564; Amelia Reyes; the girl with the numbers on her wrist and the scars on her back. ______________________________________________________________________ © 2015-2016 Katherine Hinchley (Wattpad user -MidnightStories-) All Right Reserved. That night Kayden died because of me. Half of me died with him. The other half was left to bleed, suffering Hayden's and his friends' constant bullying.
