The purpose of this research is to find a link between how social media and its tools have effected the hearts and minds of young individuals both positively and negatively. Also to look at how critical theory can be applied to change in work and social environments that create new hurdles. Critical theory looks at the demonization of humans in organisations by the social and work machines.

We are all sitting on the dinning table. My father asking us about our day, my mother smiling at us, while my brothers dig into their food like wild animals, and then there's me, Violet Smith.
