"I need some ink," the school bully, Gajeel Redfox sighed as he passed the Endless Story Tattoo Parlor. What's better than a tattoo shop? How about a tattoo shop inside a book store? Levy McGarden is the best tattoo artist in town, but she's known for a different reason. A bookworm with a classic nerd look, she stays on the sidelines. She's bullied and friendless at school, ignored and left to fend for herself at home, but when she hits the shop, Levy's a celebrity. Gajeel Redfox is the school bully. He's a monster in human form. Cruel and fearsome, he never fails to make the blue haired nerd wish she was never born. A poor boy with a sports scholarship, Gajeel hates the blunette born with a silver spoon in her mouth. Feared at school, beaten at home, the only place he feels at home is on the field, until he enters the shop. Then he sees her.

She changed. She wasn't the Lucy I knew anymore. Lucy would smile cheerfully no matter the event...but now, she's like a fragile glass statue that fears anything and everything. She knew the consequences. She left without any goodbye. No one knew what she was doing that time, and it changed her. All I have left of her now, I hold it dearly. What everyone wished for, and what I desire the most from her now, is for her to smile, just once again.
