This is the story of a normal teenage girl who lived with her single mother in NYC. Amber Williams and her mother lived a life of serenity on 68th Street. Amber was popular in school and her mother's job paid her over $100K a year. It seemed as if nothing could go wrong...until Amber's mother was involved in a perilous accident on her way to work. In the morning of another normal school day, Amber receives a call that her mother is indeed in the hospital and is fighting for her life.
