Elise is a beautiful sweet and outgoing girl, but what she sees in the mirror is a different story entirely. When She meets the new girl in school Ana, her life changes forever and they become inseparable. Ana helps give Elise what she wants the most.. but is it worth the cost? When Elise's friend Jennifer starts to take notice to the changes in Elise she pleads with her to tell her what is going on..but can Elise even answer that question herself? _____________________ Sorry if the description isn't very.. (at the risk of sounding redundant) descriptive lol Its just really difficult to write without giving anything important away since it has a couple twists in it. This story is one that i think every single girl in the world can relate to, understand and learn something from. The beginning of the story is kind of slow and awkward but its like that for a reason, i promise. It'd mean the world to me if you gave it a chance. I was inspired to write this story after I read all of Ellen Hopkins' books. This story means a lot to me because the character Elise is in many ways like myself. I used to have a best friend like hers..but not anymore : )

I wish to be a butterfly. Free to do whatever I want. To fly where I wish. But I can't. I can't do this because of something that happened about three years a go. Someone that I trusted betrayed me. Now I find it hard to trust people- to even trust myself. It's hard because now trust, to me, is linked to bad experiences But what if, you could trust someone and not regret it? What if, someone made your life better? Not necessarily because of the words they said, or the actions they did- but because of their presence- Their very presence was enough to make you feel happier.

"So, what's your name?" she asked. Her long, white hair contrasted with her big, dark brows and deep blue eyes in a unique way. Her skin was pale, as if she never exposed it to sunlight, but her red lipstick warmed her cold features. She was wearing a black beanie with "CHANNEL zero" written on it. Tall and skinny, reminded people of a Victoria's Secret model. She was beautiful. "Stacey" I answered quietly. Why are we even talking? "Really? You don't look like one," her eyes searched every detail of my face, until I frowned. "Excuse me?" "I mean... I always imagined Stacey to be a blondie, booby girlie girl. Just... not like you," Intrigued, I decided to continue the conversation "And you are..?" "My name is Ana. I just moved here. Mind showing me around?" Well, that escalated quickly. "Uh... Sure"
