The season focuses on the girls adventures in their third and final year at Alfea School of Fairies, where they strive to earn an enhancement to their powers called Enchantix. The Trix escape from their prison in the Omega Dimension and bring back a new villain named Valtor, who has a special connection with Bloom.

Mrs. Faragonda asks the Winx to go on a mission to Earth and get to the bottom of some dark magical activity reported multiple times by Mike and Vanessa. Little did they know that the top group of Specialists had been sent on the same mission... Unfortunately as part of blending in they have to go to SCHOOL where they meet a certain group of boys... Meanwhile, that princess was Bloom. So when he finds out why she's so sick, he learns that she is now in danger with the trix and some other evil doers. He decides to come clean with her on their wedding day and tells her everything, including why she's so sick- she's pregnant. Follow Bloom and Sky in this fanfic adventure in the fight to save their lives- for themselves and their children.

The Winx club girls are told in a different way. Instead of Bloom being put on Earth she is raised by Ms. Faragonda and never meet the Specialist. They are fairy prodigies and in danger, to keep the girls safe she sends them to Earth to live with her sister and her sister's husband.
