"I'm not okay!" I yelled at him. "Okay?! I'm not okay." My chest rose up and down as I breathed heavily. It had been years since I had a break down, and I wasn't going to have one right now. "It's okay not to be okay," he whispered, walking closer to me. He caressed my cheek, trying to sooth me. I stared at him, pain filled my eyes. I was trying hard not to cry. I couldn't cry. That's not what I did. "It's okay to cry," he comforted. His eyes stared so hard into mine I felt like he was seeing into my soul. "Crying shows weakness, and I'm not weak," I told him, swallowing hard. "Sometimes crying is the strongest thing you can do. It just shows everyone else that you're just as human as they are." And right then and there I started sobbing. I had lost all control of my emotions, I cried like I hadn't since I was little. All those times I didn't cry when I wanted to poured out now. The walls I spent so long building to make them unbreakable, broke. Alana finds a thick orange envelope in her mailbox one day. No return address, no stamp or postage mark and it's not even addressed to her. Someone had just dropped the letter off in her mailbox. The only thing written on this envelope is "You might need this... or not." Alana takes it inside and begins to read the life story of a complete stranger. The life story of someone trying to find their place in this big scary world. © Somethingtrue 2013. All rights reserved.

"I. Emm. I think I err." The words refused to come out, plus his beautiful dark brown eyes staring into mine weren't helping me concentrate. His muscular arms wrapped securely around my small waist was pulling me even closer -if possible- to him. He nodded softly, before burying his head in my neck. Oh God. "I love you." I spat the words so fast, I feared he didn't catch it. But he did. "You don't know what love is. You can't love me." He muttered angrily, peeling his hands from my waist. "This-" He said looking dead into my eyes and pointing the both of us. "is not love." ***------------*** Tina had always been the perfect trophy daughter. Always had the perfect smile, perfect body and only to the public eye, she had the perfect life. She was the perfect student at secondary school, her judo and self defense classes. The perfect chorister at church -although she sound like a dying goat whenever she sang-, she even became the perfect punching bag for her parents but it was never enough. She had always struggled to reach their standard of perfection, until HE came along. She discovers secrets about her life and the man she 'loves', secrets that leaves her feeling like a stranger in her own body. If you can't stand guns, violence, self harm, sex scenes and possibly suicide, I suggest this story isn't for you. Criticism is very much appreciated. Happy reading.... Started: 29/7/17

[Complete] Australian Popstar Teddy King is faced with an impossible decision after his best friend Luke reveals a secret that causes people to ask Teddy questions he doesn't want to answer. Teddy doesn't know what he's going to do, but he knows his life is never going to be the same and all because of a simple tweet. A/N: This is a super self indulgent queer romance it comes as a gift to one of my fave people who asked for slow burn original slash about idiot boys falling in love with a side of coming out angst. This story is now complete YAY! But keep an eye out for some bonus material! WARNINGS: Alcohol, implied drug use, swearing, discussions of sex, slightly homophobic language.

Olivia's best friend is not imaginary. He’s not a ghost, either. And she's pretty sure he's not a hallucination. He’s just Mason. He is, however, invisible. When Olivia spotted the crying little boy on her front porch at five years old, she had no idea she was the only one who could see him. Twelve years later when new-girl Robin bumps into the both of them and introduces herself to Mason, they are both stunned. Mason couldn't be more pleased that someone else can see him. Olivia, on the other hand, isn't jumping at the chance to welcome Robin into their circle. Jealousy may have something to do with that, but honest fear that Robin's presence will put Mason in danger is soon validated when a strange black car begins showing up everywhere. The race to find out what Robin knows in time to protect Mason from whatever threats are coming becomes Olivia's only focus.

They say in life there are no second chances. But what if you had blown it with the girl of your dreams? What would you do knowing that she was out there, in other realities, realities you hadn't screwed up? That kind of thing could really mess you up... and it could make you do "some crazy." Down-on-his-luck David Blunt is as loser as a loser you can get; recently kicked out of school and fired from his dead end job, David's been squatting in his flop-house apartment, avoiding his landlord and subsisting on stale fortune cookies and cheap street meat for weeks. But when David reads a fortune that predicts an epic future for him, he starts to think that his luck is about to change. Emma Gossett is a spirited world traveler full of wanderlust, and never stays put in one place long enough to form any attachments. Her lovable and eccentric Gran insists this is because she was hidden from the Norns as a babe to keep them from naming Emma's fate, a fable Emma puts little faith in. But when Emma meets David, her faith in reality is shaken to the core. Does this rambling cynical romantic hold the answer to the prevailing sense of déjà vu she's been feeling lately? Or is it just something else, as her new and mysterious and magnetic acquaintance Gabriel insists? Perhaps he holds the key to the mysterious sensations she has felt of living another life alongside her own. All Your Fates is a multiverse mindwarp with supernatural elements that one reader commented: "This story is twisting into ways a pretzel couldn't even try!!"
