Evan still hasn't moved on. The death of Connor Murphy was enough to tip him over. Or was it? Evan claims he doesn't want anything to do with things that remind him of Connor. But why push those away? It's been 2 years. Year one was the worst. The only reason Evan is still alive is because he's terrified of self harm. Just because of what happened to Connor. Evan can't stand it, he can't stare at a knife or even a razor for very long without breaking down into tears. Year two was slightly better. Evan wasn't as depressed as year one. Jared was helping him cope with Connor's death. Evan did space out a lot, or even cry over something that's not even sad. I guess you could say he was like a girl on her period. Some days happy, others, pretty upset. Currently, Evan has a job, Jared's in college and they both live together. What happens when one event leads to another, and Jared finds something that might help this case. Something pretty important... 【Completed】 This is a fanfiction of Evan and Connor from Dear Evan Hansen. Treebros, correct? Connor Murphy starts to hang out with Evan Hansen. He was mostly intrigued by his existence. How he never managed to notice someone so nice and yet so broken before piqued his interest. He wanted to be friends with him. Maybe more? A Treebros fanfic (yay)! I'll put trigger warnings at the start of a chapter. Also, this might include swearing. When Connor Murphy stops Evan Hansen from jumping out of a tree, everything changes.

Basically Connor faked his death, this is due to the Murphy's having plans set to fake their deaths if needed. Connor ends up living in England whilst the events of the musical happen and, with some coaxing from his cousin, returns 3 months after everything has "blown over" to fuck with everyone's heads. Zoe and Evan ended their relationship about a month into it and decided to stay friends as Zoe confessed to liking Alana, in which Evan helped her confess to the girl. Everything is fine and dandy until Connor arrives on Evan's windowsill one night.

Everyone is born with a timer on their wrist, counting down to the exact time they'll meet their soulmate. Connor Murphy doesn't believe in soulmates. Or rather, that he doesn't have one.
