The sequel to the Devil Wears Girl Jeans is finally here! Hartley Wolf has more than a few problems on her hands. Over the summer, pretty much everything she knew completely changed for the worst. All her friends? AWOL. The guy who killed her best friend? Still roaming the streets. Her best friend? Still in a coma. Oh, and the guy she's madly in love with? He's somewhere in Arizona, and no one has heard from him since the second he walked through the airport boarding gates. Some good did come out of all the tragedy, though: Poe and Mickey, the handsome brothers who showed up in the ER the night of the crash, claiming to be Dallas's brothers. They might be just the thing Hartley needs to start rebuilding her life, as long as their secrets don't tear it all back down before she even has a chance to start.

• first place in the quill awards 2017 • 37 in #uk Denver's Boarding School for the Performing Arts is a school in the middle of nowhere. It also happens to be one of the most prestigious performing arts schools in the world. One must sacrifice blood, sweat, tears and time to even have a shot of making it into the audition room let alone the school. Imagine the controversy when Arden Wright is transferred there in the middle of the school year: free of charge. Jealous girls will pounce. Curious eyes will stare. Busybodies will pry. But what no-one takes the time to acknowledge is that Arden sacrificed countless amounts of blood, sweat and tears light years ago. And the fact that she's here is just the repercussions of her troubled life. Socially and family wise. For Arden, the school is an escape. But can one truly relax with such heavy competition in the air? Or with the continuous curveballs her family issues keep throwing her? COPYRIGHT @LOVELESSIMPERFECTION 2016

About 16 years ago, a fantastic gift was bestowed upon my parents, and they named it Hartley. Yeah, rhymes with Fartley. Thanks mom and dad. Regardless of the unfortunate things my name rhymed with, I had a blissfully drama free childhood, until highschool rolled around. From my first lungful of the heavy, nacho and Axe scented air back in 8th grade, I new things were going to change. And they did. Friends came, friends left, but years later in Grade 11, I finally had my solid group of people, who could also be mistaken for insane asylum escapees. It was also the year I noticed Halden. From his perfectly messy brown hair, all the way down to his beat up Converse, I knew he was the perfect one for me, and dove in head first. The only downfall was that it'd hard to see the right guys when you're already drowning in the wrong ones. Afterall, you cant have a happily ever after with out breaking some hearts and having yours broken a few times in return.
