After Luceo, an angel of The Order, has been shot down and fell to earth,she meets a boy named Dicax. He is a clockwork Smith who helps Luceo by building her mechanical wings as a replacement for her deeply singed wings. Dicax is witty and sarcastic while Luceo is moody.
