Rae is a 17 year old girl from New York. After divorcing his wife, Rae is forced to stay with her father. She falls into a deep depression becoming a cutter and anorexic. Her father beats her once in awhile, and soon enough, dies of a heart attack. Once Rae gets out to San Diego with her mother, she meets a group of friends. Will Rae fall in love?
