Troy is damaged; growing up on a survivalist compound under his father, the tyrant Jeremiah Otto. Over the years of isolation and abuse, Troy became a sociopath. Then the world ended. With The Dead Walking the earth, Troy gave into his darkest urges. That was until he met Nick Clark. The two young men, drawn to each other's darkness, create a toxic relationship. The question isn't if they will kill each other, it's just a question of when. Will debut on 10/15 following the release of season 3 finale of "Fear The Walking Dead".

The 'Prologue' chapter to this Trick fan fiction may intrigue you more than the initial description. This is an alternate timeline story featuring characters that would have been Troy and Nick's counterparts in the 15th century. We will see their stories separately, and as their paths cross, an undeniable bond is formed after some misunderstanding. There will be some very obvious background characters based from AMC's FTWD, but I will be making original characters to appear here too. Writing something like this is completely new to me. It will be totally unlike the post apocalyptic dramas we are used to, but also very similar. I'm not sure how long it will take to continue it all the way through, but I have a plot thought out and I hope to share it with the Trick fandom. For they deserved better, in every lifetime. *DISCLAIMER: This will in no way be 100% historically accurate, but I have spent quite some time researching and taking notes in hopes of creating the realistic feel of the Renaissance era. --- ( I thought up this idea after learning of Daniel's role on Medici, but this will not have much of anything to do with the Medici family or his character, Lorenzo.
