(Inspired by the song Behind Blue Eyes) Octavian was captured and is being held in custody. After the Giant War, the Romans wanted to execute him, and many were in favor. But the Greeks were kinder, and an agreement has not yet been reached. Rachel gets to know Octavian, and finds out maybe he isn't the cold, cruel boy everyone thinks he is behind blue eyes.

Octivan was banished from the Twelfth Legion after the Greeks and Romans united and defeated Gaia. But he never told anyone that Gaia had possession of him, for that short period of time. Then he meets Rachel on the streets of New York. And she saves him.
