001 was the first created in Hawkins Lab but instead of "expanding the boundaries of the mind" they decided to test on babies to then inject them with animal blood. Most of those experiments died after being injected with the blood. All but one, who was given wolves blood. She became there the greatest success. Until she escaped and was never found until now. (Season 2) After the events that happened last year, it is now the summer of 1985. During this Ryn finds out she is not the only one with wolves blood. When the portal to another dimension continues to grow inside Hawkins National Laboratory, Dr. Brenner decides to send Number Five through for recon. The only other child that survived the massacre besides Eleven, Five's psychokinetic abilities aren't what the Lab hoped for. The talent they have listed in her (very short) record is the manipulation of electricity, a rather destructive ability that cost a fortune to manage anyway. They send her through the portal, cutting the loss when the harness they put her in comes back empty and covered in blood. But Five isn't dead. She saw an opportunity to break free and she took it. Out of the Lab's reach and no longer inhibited by sedatives and Soteria, Five's impressive electrokinesis and killer instincts will flourish when she lands in the care of Good People following her chance encounter with a young boy trapped in the Upside Down. With time, she'll learn to navigate every day life in Hawkins and make friends outside of the Party, but it's the town's resident metalhead that will see her for what she truly is and what she is ultimately capable of.

Of course Sev's spring break would be spent with the boy he was totally in love with, two stoners singing songs together, and the boyfriend of a missing super powered girl. Because anything's better than phys ed, right? Even burying dead bodies, getting hit by a car, stealing slushies and sharpies, blonde bullies with great nails, running away from the hospital, pizza fridges as pools, risotto man, and pining after a pretty boy with emotional baggage.
