"I hope you realize you made the worst f**king decision of your life." She could feel his cold icy blue eyes piercing through her soul. "I didn't ask for this..." tears threatened to fall from her eyes, her lips quivering in fear. His grip on both her wrists become tighter as he slams them hard against the wall, trapping her petite body in-between the wall and his body, "You'll never have a place in my life, let alone my heart, do you understand?" She winces from the pain from her wrists. He slams her arms against the wall again. He leans in close enough to the point where their lips are only inches apart, "I said, do you f**king understand, foolish girl?" His voice rises as he clenches his jaw in an impatient manner. She nods in hopes that he'll let go. And just like that, he lets go of her as she falls to the floor in utter defeat. What have I done... she asks herself. **Full Summary Inside** Cover by: Me, Myself, and I!

*Completed* "I'm no Sea Heiress," I exclaimed. "I'm just one of Triton's warriors. I was sent here to salvage my overthrown kingdom, not become queen of this one." Soren's eyes trailed over me for a thoughtful second, before he suggested, "What if you were sent to do both?" Eighteen-year-old Ailith is a warrior of the overthrown Sea Kingdom, trained by Triton himself and sent to Land to seek help in order to reclaim the Sea Kingdom. However, when she arrives on Land and meets the two sons of Zeus, she learns that her presence is all part of a thousand-years old prophecy that claims she and Zeus's handsome son, Soren, King of the Land, are destined to fall in love. Ailith is careful as she stays at King Soren's court, trying to gather her resources to reclaim her overthrown kingdom. However, at the same time, she is trying to deal with her growing feelings for Soren, and the fact that she could--possibly--be Triton's Heiress: the Heiress of the Sea.

"My Lord!" She gasped when she saw a deep wound on my hand and ran to me with quick steps. The rain was nonstop and it was thundering terrifically but the girl standing before me doesn't seem like she cares about herself much. She is literally drenched cold to the bone yet she is trying to tie a handkerchief around my palm. "M... My... What?" I frowned at her. "You are hurt, My Lord." My Lord! What the hell is she calling me? "I am not your Lord, girl. I'm -" I was about to tell her my name when she cut me in the middle and shivered in cold with a smiling face. "You are My Lord because you are a God." I looked around the dark empty wet alleys to find no signal of mental hospital staff or the mental hospital ambulance. She must have ran away from her psychiatrist. I am a God? From when? From which angle? "But...you promised..." She sniffled trying her best not to bawl her heart out. "You promised me you wouldn't hurt anybody if I come with you..." She was biting her lips harshly, trying to keep her emotions at bay. His heart tightened and his face softened a little, but not enough to feel apologetic for his actions. Cupping her flushed cheeks with his calloused hands, he cooed, "Baby, I did not broke my promise. That fuc-," he cleared his throat, not wanting to curse infront of his baby and continued, "I mean, that man got what he deserved for attempting to take you away from me. He brought this to himself." "But he is my brother!" She cried out suddenly. He was trying so hard not to smile as she just looked so madly adorable, but he didn't want to anger his baby even more so he just decided on sighing, growing tired of this conversation as she was his either way, he caressed her soft cheeks with his thumb before bringing it forward and pressed his lips on her wet ones. She froze, her cheeks still damped with tears. He pulled away and spoke to her earnestly before she even had the chance to open her mouth, "Baby, you are mine and I will get rid of anybody and I mean, anybody who ever dared to take you away from me. You are mine and mine only. You should have known that by know." ••• He was known to be the most powerful mafia leader who killed people that did him wrong in the slightest bit and one who was rumored to be heartless---literally.
