Seven years since the winter war has ended and Karin finds herself sitting on her roof New Year's Eve reflecting on her life and the choices she made. She watched and listened to her friends and family enjoy their time and she realizes just how lucky she is. And getting to see a certain white-haired captain again and spend New Year with him isn't such a bad idea either.

Last night was a mistake because of alcohol and all.
