Cli·ché: a phrase or opinion that is overused and betrays a lack of original thought. Meet Pepper Ballard. Independent, single, and sarcastic as hell. Pepper fights her own battles with pride and is officially #done with clichés. Unshaven werewolves, pale vampires, flawless and talented female vampire hunters who instantly fall in love with the enemy even though they want to kill the hunter's entire family... Please, give her a break. The more Pepper tries to avoid these nauseating clichés and destroy them, the further she is dragged into a dark, supernatural world that is her own virtual worst nightmare. A world that includes a bunch of sexy, mysterious, and dangerous men lurking around every corner... Wait...what's the definition of "nightmare" again? * * * My writing page! They say that people go there when they're ready to die. They say Death himself is a patron. That's where the tavern gets its name. Azrael's Stop. Watering hole for the Angel of Death. But that's just rumour. Ceph doesn't trade in rumour. He just serves drinks. Except, of course, that every couple of weeks, someone dies at Azrael's Stop. Azrael’s Stop is an experimental fiction and music project, about life, death, and friendship. It is the story of a mystical tavern and how the people who go there develop over the course of a year: Ceph, the seventeen-year-old bartender who has seen all his loved ones die; Tom, the depressed old man, whom death will not take; Rye, who visits every day, though he died a year ago; Nael, the blind minstrel who saw war too young; Lona, the mysterious hunter of the dead; Trin, the girl who refuses to deal with her past; and the crow who watches over it all, cawing only when someone dies in Azrael's Stop. Azrael's Stop is part of a larger storytelling project by Silverstring Media, Inc., and is best enjoyed accompanied by the Azrael's Stop Official Soundtrack, which includes music referenced in this story. Daughter4254 used to think life in a community where art, music and names are outlawed would suffocate her creative spirit. Now that she’s rotting in a prison cell, she’s not sure her dying mother made the right choice when she entrusted her with the secrets of rebellion. Prison has given her plenty of time to relive every mistake and lose all hope. Her next stop is the MindWipe. Then she meets Thomas, a fellow inmate, who tells her stories of the mythical mountain colonies where people have names and the arts thrive. Together they plot an escape, knowing if they fail, they will die. Or worse, their consciousness will be taken by the MindWipe, leaving their bodies free for the government to use. When nothing goes as planned, Daughter4254 must choose between using her mother's secret to better the world she hates, or following Thomas to the quiet life of freedom she has always craved.

There was once a group of friends with fierce loyalty to one another, sure they were an unlikely troop but their friendship was strong. At least that's what they thought. The friends lived in the town of Spindra, a normal town aside from the fact that it was inhabited by monsters. But the town had another secret known far and wide across the Visyr. Every two fortnights a sacrifice was given. Two people from the town, a male and a female, were chosen to be thrown into the abandoned mine, Spineglass, to feed the famished monster inside. The friends knew about this but did nothing to stop it until, one of the group was chosen to be food for the monster. It was either to lose their special bond or save it. The group was unsure but one decided, they would all go in, all three of them. And face the monster together. {Another story by AmazonJunJun set in The Visyr, the same land as "The Lordly Ones" is set in}
