Normani Kordei Hamilton had everything growing up as a child, now that she enters her senior year in high school things take a turn for the worst. She ends up having to stay with her grandmother can she survive or will she break. Dinah Jane Hansen nothing was ever handed to her. She had to work for everyone and everything. Due to certain circumstances, she had to grow up fast and help around the house. What happens when she meets the new girl and has to help her. Will they clash or will they survive.

Normani kordei Hamilton is know for not being socially active she's quite and only hangs around Ally Brooke Hernandez, her best friend, she sings and dances but when it comes to friendships and the highschool social status she stays away. Normani has a slight crush on the most popular girl in school, Dinah Jane Hansen, she's tall, beautiful and a great basketball player. What happens when Dinah talks to Normani for the first time after a feeling of confidence when realizing she was studying the chocolate goddess from afar for too many months.
