The remaining, unfortunate souls were swiftly captured and enslaved. 21-year-old Lomi Crest grew up in such a world: knowing nothing else than to run and hide. But what happens when he can no longer do both? When the lives of his family are held at stake, Lomi is offered a choice. Face death or give up his freedom, his life to a cruel vampiric lord. ____ Lomi was trembling like a loose leaf in stormy weather. Lomi shifted his gaze up and was met with blood-red eyes bearing into his. "But that's not enough. It'll never be enough," the man continues, grazing cold fingertips over the side of his neck. "I've chosen you as my mate." Before the horror can even sink in, Lomi felt fingers sinking into his neck. "And now...you'll truthfully, irrevocably...be mine."

Draco Malfoy was breaking apart. The people around him were tearing him to pieces and not bothering to help him put them together again. So Draco fled. He ran away from the things that were braking him and went somewhere no one could find him, somewhere that was safe. And now Harry, who's on the run from a psychotic werewolf, needs somewhere like that. Somewhere no one can follow him, somewhere he can relax from finding Horcruxes and whatnot. And Draco's place is the perfect place. And while he's there, maybe he can fix Draco?

Draco adjusted himself again, for the twelfth time in five minutes. The sharp pain that shot up his arm made him wince, but he was pretty used to it. He heaved a great sigh, hearing Voldemort shouting to his followers in the next room. The voice made him cringe, he hated it. The words that that voice would say, to him....about him. He wanted to die. He wanted Voldemort to die. He heard footsteps in the hall and hoped that it was not Voldemort again, wanting to relieve his frustration upon the "Slytherin Prince". But, it was not Voldemort that appeared in the doorway, but Harry Potter. "Potter?" Draco questioned, trying to sound annoyed.
