This collection is a mix of happy and sad poetry and songs I wrote to express how I felt about life and situations around me. Many are inspired by deep or depressing topics, and suicide is discussed in a few of them. I hope you like them because they were never really meant for readers, but even if you don't please be kind in the comments.

Saiki Kusuo is a loner. He's distant and comes off as cold, sometimes even to his own family. He wasn't always like this, however. He was emotional, expressive, kind; until that day, the day his twin sister left. Left him to deal with Kusuke on his own, left him to deal with their parents, school and powers on his own. Left *him* on his own. That day, was the day that he became cold and distant because the one person he thought wouldn't abandon him, that he cared for the most, left. That was also the day that he started hating his older brother because it was all his fault. It was Kusuke's fault for driving little Kuriko out of the house, and away from her caring and dependent twin. A/N: Basically, Kusuo acted like a normal kid, then something involving Kusuke happened and Kuriko(Kusuo's twin, in case you didn't realise) had to "leave" Kusuo. I'll try to keep the character personalities as close to canon as possible, apart from the way Kusuo interacts with his twin. That will involve a Kusuo that's expressive and a bit emotional. This is my first time writing something in such a literary format, so please do bear with me. I do not own Disastrous Life of Saiki K or the characters in it.

No one ever said what would happen when dragons and aliens meet. And no one told me that I would be in the middle of it. Tasha was studying hard to get through her last year of university when she was kidnapped. She certainly didn't expect to wake up with four feet and wings. Mad scientists are bad enough, but things get even more complicated when aliens appear and wipe out the human race. Is there a way for her to hide her true identity in this new world while retaining her humanity? --------------------- Sneak Peek: I jumped over the lip of the tray and beat down hard with my wings. I had expected to only slow my fall; I had not expected to end up gaining so much height. I squawked in surprise and spread my wings wide in alarm before gravity regained its hold on me. With several awkward back-winging motions of my wings, I landed lightly on the floor. Well, at least I know my wings work. I glanced at the man in the corner as he was scribbling quick notes. I turned around to regard the tray again. They say practice makes perfect. With another hop and a single wingbeat, I managed to land in the sand tray with fanned wings slowing my momentum. That was much more graceful. But a wing-assisted hop wasn't true flight. And I still wasn't on the windowsill. ---------------------------- Entire semi-polished draft can be read on Wattpad. "Great power comes with great..." I raised my eyebrows at Guardian, looking his skin-tight suit up and down. "Urges to wear spandex, apparently." "Are you using altered famous superhero comic book references to insult me?" he asked incredulously. I snorted. "You bet your fucking ass, I am." *** Crown City has all the typical big-city flare. There's a McDonald's on every corner, enough carbon emissions to end life as we know it, and a new supervillain trying to take over right before finals week. For Tessa Kingston, Supers are nothing out of the ordinary. In fact, Tessa likes to pretend that Supers don't even exist at all. Though Tessa isn't exactly shy with her not-so-popular thoughts on Crown City's resident vigilante, Guardian, he seems to have taken a liking to the annoyed teenager. Well, he and his buddies have, that is - buddies meaning two supervillains dressed in Walmart Star Wars masks. Crown City has always been a center for mayhem and superpowers, but when strange things start happening too often to be coincidences, Tessa finds herself in the middle of a fight she didn't start but she sure as hell was going to end. Villains torment her. Heroes try to save her. Tessa just wants to pass Supers 101. In a world full of Supers, it's up to normal-teenager Tessa Kingston to save her city. A typical tagline she's well-aware of, of course. As Tessa prepares to show these Super-fools they messed with the wrong girl, she just has one condition: There's no way she's wearing spandex. *** BOOK #1 OF THE "SUPERHEROES SUCK" DUOLOGY Featured on the Wattpad Adventure, Action, Superhero, and Humour profiles! WARNING: Contains mild swearing, cliffhangers, plot twists, and enough sarcasm to last a lifetime.
