When Gabby returns many things have changed since she last time she layed eyes on that firehouse. Especially a girl named Kira who changes Firehouse 51 forever!

Gabby starts off being in a relationship with this abusive guy who she has been with for a year and half, and the guys at the firehouse are starting to find out how bad he is for her. They try to get her into getting rid of him because it's not healthy and they're all worried about her. Once she finally thinks he's gone he comes back harder then ever. Gabby has always liked Matt but he's been with hallie. Hallie and Matt finally break up because they realize they don't want what each other wants and Matt realizes he has feelings for gabby and he wants to protect her and help her. (This is my first story I'm posting on wattpad so I'm sorry if it sucks)

Difficult times come, but you just have to remember that you have family. Gabby and Matt lost their baby sadly. This story takes place shortly after 4x04. This is all about what life is like while Gabby is still recovering in the hospital, and shortly after she was released. It's a difficult time, but theres always light at the end of the day.
