A "different" boy in a new school who has secrects to hold is put in Tord Larssin's care. The only questions that Tord's asking is what makes this boy so "different" and why is the boy put in his care?

After Tord is handed a journal and pencil and sent off to write about his daily life, he stops at one place that will unknowingly change his entire life. He didn't originally believe that he'd ever even write in the journal, but he soon finds himself clinging onto every page as he writes about every visit to the small store. And the store's owner's son. He loved to see the boy working and even though they mostly picked fights, he loved their conversations. But will the boy ever ever know Tord's feelings or will every book and cappuccino not be worth it?

Five years passed after the end. Tom, Edd, and Matt all managed to find stable jobs. When Tom has a chance encounter with his old enemy he almost doesn't recognize him, and Tom begins realizing the feelings he used to have for the red hooded Norski. The new Tord is easily accepted back into the group. While Tord faces fights his own pyromania, Tom is forced to battle himself as his feelings for Tord are rekindled.

It's no big deal, it's not like anything he does is a life or death situation. But it kind of is.
