For 150 years, a secret government called A.M.R. has been experimenting with human beings, keeping them locked up in special government facilities all over the world. They've created genetically modified humans, using special surgeries and injections from deadly and radioactive chemicals that were further known to kill humans until recently in the last 80 years. These mutated humans were kept and trained to use as weapons for the future; to use their new found powers for chaos. Over the years of these experiments, some of the mutants were able to escape and create Bunkers where they could live in peace. Kammy's family is one of these mutations who've lived in Laboratory 12 for the first six years of her life. A sudden chance at freedom, goes wrong; killing her parents and fueling one of the many battles between Mutants and A.M.R. In the fight that occurs, Kammy and her siblings are forced to separate to live in different Bunkers. Eleven years later the government is still experimenting; creating even more Mutants in order to eliminate the ones that escaped the years before. The escapee Mutants are aware of this, banding together to fight back. Slowly a bigger, and better plan begins to take shape that will end this deadly war once and for all. Unaware of the real truth, Kammy finds herself stuck in the middle of this mess in the California Bunker. After having escaped, she's been taken in to live with her new guardian Pete; raising her to learn useful fighting skills and how to fully harness her gift. He also introduced her to other Mutants her age, secretly teaming them up, creating a very powerful and deadly force. Now seventeen, Kammy strikes off on her own with new information about her siblings. She plans to reunite her family so she can finally live in peace, but suddenly after a strange encounter, she learns new information about the A.M.R.'s newly developed weapons. What will Kammy do to save her family and friends?
