***WARNING*** Although the religious aspects are not apparent in this book in much more than the beginning and the end, LGBT topics are inter dispersed (But not criticized) within this book, and I would not recommend this book to anyone who is offended by anything religious/LGBT+. ***WARNING*** "Not again!" Oliver rammed his fist into the concrete of his cell. His knuckles blistered and ached, but he didn't care. Again, he cold not remember why he was there, or where he had come from. He also didn't know why he wasn't dead yet. He knew every single time he had been convicted and every single death penalty he had been assigned, and yet the death part never seemed to arrive. "Immortal" whispered at the back of his mind. No. He refused it. It was impossible. And yet, given his current situation... When Oliver's angel parents are given a second chance at heaven after their betrayal of God, God only has one request. That their son Oliver's heart be removed from him. Oliver is a fallen angel that has enough wrath in his heart to potentially end the world, and, as the prophecy goes, with his heart removed from him he will no longer remember his wrath. His heart is then cast to earth and hidden as an apple in the tree of good and evil. And that apple-you guessed it- is the apple that Eve eats, and effectively gives birth to a new human race. One of war and fire. The only way for Oliver to get back to heaven and postpone the end of the human race is to find who his heart has been manifested in and keep them out of trouble, but...he doesn't even know why he is reborn again and again, much less who his heart could possibly be. Enter Grace, the pirate. A.K.A, Oliver's heart. With Oliver's adopted murderous parents trying to drain his blood for immortality, Grace's life in constant danger, and assassins and pirates as both friends and foes, there is always something mysterious happening at the heart of Grove Square.
