She had always known that the doctors were wrong, that she was going to keep living, but the fear of death was constant. Born with a heart that never beat, Byleth's life was constantly swamped with doctor's visits and frantic calls from the hospital. Byleth was just going about her normal day when a new face pops in at her workplace, the Eisner bar. His name is Claude von Riegan, a new bartender who has big dreams and hidden secrets. They hit it off right away. And for the first time, Byleth feels as if maybe life really is more than just waking up every day and going through the motions. For the first time in her life, the fear of death disappears from her mind. "BYLETH, YOU'RE DYING." These three words had echoed through Byleth's entire life...but this time, Byleth knew it was true. The doctors showed her screenings of something mutating on her heart. At most, she has one year to live, unless she can find a cure. Despairing about the unfairness of the situation, Byleth swears she will save herself. For her own sake, her life would continue on, especially now that she had become enlightened by Claude's presence. However, it doesn't take him long to figure out something is wrong with his new instructor. Claude promises to stand by her side, and help her. Inspired by this new hope, Byleth and Claude must race against time to find a cure before her clock runs out.

Byleth hadn't meant to fall in love, but a certain Deer won't stop following her around everywhere. "Say, Teach-" "Claude, I'm going to pummel you." Follow Claude and Byleth's journey filled with laughs, tears, and most importantly, love as they try to forge their own path forward. (None of the art is mine! Before Byleth can process it, war is waged by the Flame Emperor, and Byleth loses consciousness in the midst of the chaos. When Byleth awakens from her five year slumber, the turmoil of the world has only grown stronger. Now, her and Claude are on opposing sides. Now Edelgard herself has admitted to her own feelings for Byleth, and she finds herself tumbling indecisively with no way out. Soon, she will have to make a decision...one that will either compromise her ideals and Edelgard, or the emotions she longed to feel with Claude.

Imperial year 1159 a nun of Garreg Mach monastery dies mysteriously during child birth leaving behind her beloved daughter Byleth. In a turn of events her Father attempts to flee with the child in the dead of night, only to fail. Now Byleth grows up under the guidance of her strange grandmother while her Father and her reside in the monastery.

Byleth has walked the life of a professor 100 times, and fought 100 wars. He has taken every side, and watched every life be taken. Despair is inevitable, but his one wish will not let him give up, not on a single one of his students. At least, not until Sothis decides this chance to be his last. (I have played all four routes and this is a big what-if scenario.) Dimitri received a vision of him killing Edelgard at the Imperial Capital Enbarr. He decides to brave up and talk to Edelgard about it in which she replies in an unexpected way. She had a dream of killing Dimitri at Tailtean Plains. Claude joined in the conversation finally decides to open his mouth saying the same thing, he had a dream of him killing Edelgard at Enbarr. The three of them soon decide to talk things out as Edelgard finally decides to reveal her past alongside Dimitri and Claude. Dimitri, of course, didn't trust Edelgard at first when she revealed herself as the Flame Emperor but after she revealed more, he decides to trust her again. In which Edelgard asked if they can join forces to take down the Church of Serios. (Yes this is basically the Three Lords uniting against the Church of Serios.)
