Hi. My name is Delthea. Delthea Jones. I have what most people would describe as a perfectly normal life. From the outside looking in that is. I was your typical high school student. I had a small circle of friends, I went to movies, hung out at the beach and did all the things that ordinary teenagers do. My family was picture perfect. I was a happy normal teen. Until I wasn't. One day I was the fun-loving girl next door, although a little shy and rough around the edges, then a wave of mental health illness destroyed life as I knew it. I couldn't make heads or tails of the life I now lived. But I'm hoping, and praying, as I attempt to navigate the new map that mental health has created for me, that maybe I'll find a road somewhere close to recovery. Maps have those...Right?
