What were to happen in a world where reincarnation is both common and expected? Where people are almost always coming back with at least part of their memories intact? It's been said that forty-five percent of the world's population will be reborn after their deaths. Babies grow up and recount stories of being a nurse during World War II, of playing sold out arenas for tons of fans screaming their names, all with a new body, new life, and an old soul.
Rebecca Isley, a normal girl from New York, tries to navigate her new life after a coma despite not having any memories other than her name and birthday. When Matthew St. Paul, a New York City firefighter, delivers news that turns her life upside down, Becca must scramble to put the pieces of her past together and figure out who she truly is.
