Ever since WWII, Netherlands always wanted to tell Canada "thank you" but he never really knew how. Sure they had a strong relationship and alliance, but he felt like he needed to do a formal thank you. When Netherlands decided on what to give Canada he went to visit him, and that visit can either change they way they see each other or they could just stay friends. ((In this story I'm not going to use anyone's human name only because I don't know what Netherlands' name is and trusted me when I say, I've looked almost all day))
