This fun little story will feature different characters opinions on Reylo. As they are an actual couple this will be AU. Hope everyone enjoys it.

What if Ben Solo didn't die at the end of Episode IX: Rise of Skywalker? Here's what I think would happen. Spoilers. Duh.

After the events of The Last Jedi, Rey goes back to Luke's island to mourn him. She walks along the sunny beach when an unexpected visitor arrives... *SPOILERS*

Sequel to The Last Jedi. Word reaches the Resistance that the First Order is training its own Jedi. Leia Organa asks Rey to put an end to the sinister project, but the young Jedi begins to doubt her mission. Blinded by his obsession with finding Rey, Kylo Ren allows General Hux to assert his power over the First Order. Though light years separate them, the Force seems determined to reunite the scavenger with the leader of the Knights of Ren. Together, they must find away to counter Hux's thirst for power and bring a new balance to the galaxy.

"I wanted to join you," Rey said, tears dripping from her face. "Then why didn't you?" Menace crept from Kylo Ren's voice as he turned to make deathly eye contact with her. "You know why!" "Enlighten me," he threatened, though it sounded like a plea. "It wasn't our time, Ben, you know that." Rey's voice shook a little. "When is our time?" Kylo's voice became lighter. "You already know the answer to that," she sniffled. *** The Force knew Rey was to be in Kylo Ren's life just as Kylo was to be in Rey's. However, both individuals prayed and hoped for very different outcomes. Rey wanted nothing more than to bring Kylo Ren back to the Light. She wanted to show him the wonders it provided and the life they could have if he returned to her. Kylo wanted to bring her to the Dark Side. He wanted to rule with his bride by his side. He had taken her. Easily. Though, preventing her escape was a much more troubling. Not that he was complaining. He liked the challenge. It distracted him from himself, and the sight of the life slipping effortlessly from his father's caring eyes. The sight that haunted him, day and night. Rey had a duty to uphold. Han was gone. Leia had little hope. Luke had no faith in anything or anyone. The resitance. The first order. It was all the same to him. She was the only one who could save Ben Solo. The only one who could get close enough to gain inside information on the first order. But, after accidentally stealing Ben's heart, would she be able to stay on the path she had believed she was destined for? And more importantly, where would her loyalties lie?

Following the events of The Last Jedi, it is a time of discovery for Rey and her heritage, and a new adventure with the Supreme Leader Kylo Ren. A short storey with some ideas about Rey's parentage which may seem a bit far fetched (and yes I have watched "The Clone Wars"). But I thought it would be nice if it were so. I went to the cinema during the Christmas holidays, to see 'The Last Jedi', and I just fell in love with the bond between Rey and Kylo Ren. So I've started writing about it, and I thought "I'm gonna share it on wattpad!" So here I am, writing a fanfiction. The story starts when Rey is still trained by Luke Skywalker. The first four chapters are kind of like a 'prologue', to tell you the situation, and make you familiar with the characters. I've followed the story as it was in the film, and from the fifth chapter onwards, it's all invented. Enjoy reading it! And of course don't forget to like and comment (it means a lot!).
