"Every good girl wants a bad boy who is good only for her." "Every bad boy wants a good girl who is bad only for him." "Whenever you are looking for love don't look too far he might be right next door." Clara Wilson is your typical clichéd teen fiction protagonist with exactly two friends, no social life and a 4.0 GPA. She has been in love with Alec Evans, the unattainabley popular football quarterback and her next door neighbour forever. She thinks she's in for a quiet senior year until Jake Henderson arrives. Bad boy extraordinaire, he's arrogant, rude, undeniably gorgeous and shares a past with Clara that she wants to do nothing more than to forget. Caught between two boys, her life is turned upside down in the most ridiculous of ways. But maybe in the midst of all the confusion and chaos she finds not only love but also herself. Romance #2

And also use, her looks to her advantage. But she prefers to stay in the shadows and out of popularity, frankly because she cannot stand the people. Not to mention her awkward self would stick out like a sore thumb. But when a day comes when she meets someone who is just as skilled at these little tricks as she is, things take a turn. Whether they are for the worst or not she doesn't know. And it doesn't help the situation that this person just so happens to be the most popular guy in the school and the biggest jerk alive. All she has to do is keep her cool, keep up with her family, handle her wacky best friend, and put up with the new entry in her life by using the methods of simple manipulation. "It's so simple," I say. "All we have to do is pretend we're in love with each other. You know, hold hands, share Eskimo kisses and all that crap. And at the same time, we'll destroy Jackson and Kristina's relationship. Make them think that their not right for each other. And next thing you know, you'll have Kristina, and I'll have Jackson, and everything will be how its supposed to be. Are you with me?" "Fine, I'll do it." He leans in close to my ear. "But don't get too attached. Remember this relationship is strictly business."

"I didn't ask to be in the middle of your ego-battle," I grumble. Blake pins me to my locker, hands resting on either side of my head. "Well, you got it in anyway, Darling," he whispers. His face is inches away from mine and damn me for licking my lips. I am NOT falling for these guys. And then, at the corner of my eye I spot Owen and his gang approaching. Well, that's just great. *** The West and East gang of Tygerwell have been at each other's throats since the dawn of time. And the two leaders of these gangs want to end the fight, once and for all. But fighting with fists is easy. Fighting with wit and charm, is a whole other ball game. Blake. West-side gang leader. Leather jacket and killer glare. Don't talk back. Owen. East-side gang leader. Fancy coat and toxic stare. Don't resist. And in comes Amber. Hair of gold and oceans in her eyes. Has too much sass for her own good and always, ALWAYS, manages to get into the middle of trouble. But these boys have no idea who they're really dealing with. And when Amber descovers she knows a little too much when it comes to guns and fighting, she has to question everything she thought she knew about herself. Three can play this game. *** "Let's settle this. You got rejected, I got rejected. It's only fair that the fate of the gangs be on who gets the girl first." "That sounds rather good, Rhodes. I'll take that bet on the golden girl." *** COMPLETED FICTION AWARDS: Best new story and best new account Highest ranking in Teen Fiction: #1 on 25/06/2018

I shoved my phone in my pocket and looked up to see the park in the distance. A little ways ahead on the other side of the street there were boys around my age gathered in a small circle. One grinned as he spotted me and he quickly looked at the other boys and whispered something. I frowned and narrowed my eyes as my nerves began to kick in. A few moments later one of the guys broke away from the crowd and began to walk towards me. I gripped Tank's leash a little tighter as the guy came closer, my heart beating faster by the minute. But to my relief the boy walked passed me, I sighed letting out the breath I had been holding as I watched him pass. The next second I felt something against my butt. I furrowed my brows in confusion as I quickly turned around to see one of the boys trying to pull my wallet out of my pocket. I let Tank's leash go and I quickly slapped him in the face. The boy dodged out of the way and quickly grabbed my hat off my head. I stopped for a split second in confusion as he took off down the street. Cameron thought she had a good life going for her until a guy named Ian steals her hat. Now she isn't so sure.
