Alexandra Dayne never thought things would get better. She'd hoped and dreamed that her band, The Unknown, would take off and she'd be able to get away from her abusive step father and the home that held the memories of her deceased brother, Kale. When she finds out that she has more than 2 brothers she goes to San Diego to live with her new found brothers and their band, Pierce The Veil. But what happens when Alexandra's younger brother Kellin (kales twin) comes to see her? She's feeling way to good for everything to be normal and okay. Something has to go wrong.... right?

Alexis is a 20 year old college student, recovering from various mental illnesses. Her only comfort has been music for the last five years. One day, she meets the man who's music saved her life, and a friendship is forged. How will this friendship progress? Can they remain friends at all?
