A student, a gang leader, and a damaged person are all personalities living inside of Ash Lynx. New York is rough, and he's slowly gotten used to it. But when Eiji Okumura, an innocent exchange student, stumbles into his walk of life, things become messy. Old foes formulate new plans and conspire against the world, and Ash struggles to choose between the life he has, and the life he wants. This is based off of canon Banana Fish, so some events occur as they do in the anime. However, as most things diverge from the original, a butterfly effect takes place. ---- Aizawa considered himself as someone to lacked emotion. Someone who didn't react much; like a black hole, devoid of any feeling. Granted, he felt some fear, like during horror movies that Hizashi, Midnight, and other colleagues subjected him to during movie night, but he was swift to hide it. But now, as "problem child" (as he called him) demonstrated his quirk; Aizawa gets reminded on how infinite possibilities are with powers; and how terrifying they could actually be.

He clenched his fists. Red eyes becoming glazed. "Why'd it have to be you of all people." He growled. "Not you, Deku." His voice cracked slightly. I quickly looked down. I didn't want to see his expression. It'd probably hurt me too much. "Please... Not you," Unlike his usual voice that was filled with annoyance and aggressiveness, he sounded distressed. I stole a glance at him. I watched as tears had spilled down from his eyes. Kacchan never cries. Ever. ... No Quirks AU
