I screamed before storming off. ~~~ "Hey Vikk! Ms. Moralin is letting Josh and I out to the field to play! Wanna join us?" My friend asked from the door way to my room. I flinched before turning away from my desk to face him. "Sorry Simon, can't today. Studying for an upcoming test, you know how important this is to me." I declined with an apologetic smile, closing my book on English law after bookmarking my page. "C'mon Vikk, it'll only be for a little bit, besides you're the smartest guy here." Simon whined a little thinking it would win me over, but it only caused me to sigh as I turned back to my desk. "Simon, I said no, can you just let me rea-" "All you do is read!" He yelled which actually shocked me, though his shaky breath gave away he didn't mean it. "Vikk... I'm sorry..." "It's okay." I smiled facing him again. "How about I join you guys when I finish this chapter and do my chores." He nodded wiping away guilty tears, I get up and give him a brief hug before we leave together. When something does not go your way, or someone isn't doing something they way you want them to do it, the proper response is to calmly resolve the conflict. Find a compromise, and let it be done. Rob, Preston, Jerome, Vikk, Mitch, and Lachlan are six equally war fuelled men, currently wrapped up in the peak of the fight, each in their own separate kingdoms.
