Ponyboy Curtis is a soccer player for the Tulsa, OK Ocelots soccer team. He has practice every Tuesday and every Thursday, right next to Tulsa's baseball field, who's team has practice the same days, and at the same times. One very special Tuesday, a Tapirs player winks at him. Johnny Cade is a baseball player for the Tulsa Tapirs, who practice every Tuesday and every Thursday, at the same time and same place as the Ocelots. He catches sight of Ponyboy one Tuesday, in mid-August. Ponyboy glances back his way, which Johnny matches with a wink. Is he seeing things, or did that soccer player in red just blush?
