"From strangers to friends, friends into lovers, and strangers again."
Radiance, a senior at Smithson A&M University, navigates the complexities of dating and friendship as she finds herself drifting from her childhood best friend turned nemesis, Sekhani. Eager to make their senior year go smoothly despite the fallout from the previous year's turmoil, Sekhani is haunted by a past mistake and the fear that it might be too late to repair the bond they once shared. As graduation nears, Radiance grapples with her own desires and heartbreak, while both she and Sekhani are forced to confront unspoken feelings, the weight of missed opportunities, and the hope that love isn't bound by the past. They must now decide if they're willing to risk it all for a second chance at something they never truly let go of.
"It's almost as if you've selfishly decided that as we graduate everything has to change Radiance, it's been a year and I still don't know what I did wrong. Look, I'd never willingly hurt you, you've been all I wanted since we were nine years old. If I knew attending college at Smithson would look like losing you over some petty shit that I don't understand for-real, I would've just went to Newsome U. Graduation is three weeks away, and I just need to know if our last time seeing each other, will be us walking across that stage. "
