Short Preview: It was winter in New York. Chilly winds, the dark, tall trees, and a loud siren can be heard across the ocean. A ginger-haired figure can be seen through the crowded customs. Newt Scamander, famed Magizoologist and author of the wizarding world has come to New York City to visit his good friend, Tina Goldstein. Always on his usual attire, blue navy coat on, Hufflepuff scarf wrapped on his neck, and his infamous, leathered suitcase in hand. Read to find out more!

This is just a short little story because I was bored. It's about Newt Scamander and Tina Goldstein.

Newt Scamander has finished his book and ready to pay his well awaited visit to Tina. However, he didn't expect to become ill and have her care for him. What could the outcome of this be? I recommend seeing the movie first before reading this, some spoilers and it's just good to know what the characters look like and such. Enjoy!

Newt Scamander's been gone for a while. He left Tina Goldstein with a promise to deliver his book in person, and she misses him greatly. Then Tina receives word that there's a new book on the market - Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Newt is coming back. But when he returns, he brings news that his old friend Leta Lestrange is going to be visiting. Soon, Tina learns that she must make a decision about her love for Newt. (Takes place after Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them)

Newt Scamander has finished writing his book "Fantastic beasts and where to find them" and has his mind set on returning to New York and delivering a copy to Tina. Along the way he stumbles across, friendship, romance, magic, darkness, and a future for himself he never thought possible.

She felt her hand tremble as she reached for him, but his back was already turned, a sad look in his eyes that reminded Tina of someone wise beyond their years. "It doesn't matter. I'm older now. Bigger. Stronger. He can't push me around anymore," Newt said, every word sharp as a knife. "You don't sound like the kind of person who'd fight against your father." "You don't know me that well then, because I assure you, Miss Goldstein, I am not the perfect man that you think me to be." Warning: No smut, but plenty of smut references, a little alcohol, and a screwed-up family.

Newt has returned back to England, but he can't seem to get a certain American Auror out of his head. Back in New York, Tina can't help but think about a certain British wizard. The two become closer over the past year with each passing letter, and after enduring the badgering of his mother, and the pestering of her sister, they realize that they may not be alone anymore.
