Ever since Ethan moved over to LA to live with Mark and Tyler, Mark and Ethan just clicked. Mark immediately formed feelings for the blue-haired wonder and Ethan developed feelings for the red-haired heartthrob of YouTube. Ethan, doubting the fact that anyone remotely as amazing as Mark would fall for him in any way, played the thing off as just a phase or something, like the whole Septiplier joke thing Mark and Jack pulled. (or was it a joke) Mark, however, wanted to show Ethan that he cares. That he practically loves him. So when filming challenges and skits with the group, he tries to hint to Ethan that he likes him. He's only ever told Tyler and Ethan's just kept it to himself. Hopefully the blue angel can see what love Mark has to give.
