Artemis has had enough. No one but her stepmother Hera, Aunt Hesia, and siblings, Athena and Apollo, appreciate her. After millennia of being invisible, she has had enough. She gives up her immortality and becomes a mortal with her boyfriend, Percy Jackson. Now, when she enters a music competition, she finds herself faced with having to prove that her decision was a smart one. Will she be able to, or will Zeus force her to return to Olympus? The gods have begun to rule unfairly, Percy and the seven have been granted immortality. Percy is betrayed and goes into hiding. The gods are torn apart and war is coming. Sorry, I'm really bad at intros, this is basically a Percy Jackson Betrayal story unlike any other. And heads up for some pertemis.

Once a seemingly stupid man said what only the wise can understand. "Do you know what promises and hearts have in common, Annabeth?" Post HOO. Finally Percy had slain Gaea, but as he stood there with his sword logged into her abdomen she was still smiling. She would take away the most important thing in his life before she went into a deep sleep. With her gone Percy wasn't the same. He bacame distant with everyone. His heart grew cold and so he left. Having no reason to stay. Now a god, Percy left camp and went where the gods had no power.

"So the mighty hero has fallen. How ironic... it was your loyalty that killed you in the end." The night was quiet.
